Have you ever wondered how to create a healthy work culture that positively impacts staff? This workshop is framed around the book Culture Reconstructed (released Jan 2020) written by Elevate's Founder & President Billy Boughey. In this book, he shares the 14 building blocks for forming the foundations of a culture of impact. If you want to develop your team, leadership skills, and organization, this book is for you. We use the Culture Reconstructed chapters below to create the framework for the workshop.

In your 90 minute workshop, we will teach the culture topics of your choice in engaging and meaningful ways, linking everything back to the book. We can include breakout sessions, where groups can come together to discuss prompts, then come back together for full team share. This workshop can take place in person at our office (Norcross, GA) or virtually over Zoom. 

Pricing includes a hardcover and audio copy of Culture Reconstructed for each person ($33 value) and a one page outline of how to continue the culture building conversation post-workshop.
